Perfusion culture

The medium is perfused along the surface of the construct.  If both sides are perfused then the thickness you write into the input field below should be a half of the whole thickness.

(1) If thickness of the construct, cell density and diffusivities are known,  and you want to know the lowest glucose concentration in the construct (the glucose concentration in the deep zone of the construct):
