Suspended culture

The construct is suspended in a bioreactor.  The medium is mixed by direct stirring or by rotation of the bioreactor..  Medium is supplied batch-wise (changed per 48 hrs).   The cell density and thickness of the construct that can be supported will be affected by the volume of the medium.  At the moment the ratio of medium volume to construct volume is assumed to be 50.  The thickness written into the input field below should be a half of the whole thickness, since nutrients can diffuse in from both sides.
